    Do not use this company. I ordered a platform trolley to help me with my house move. I instead received something unworkable for me, that barely fits on the lift and is difficult to operate. The customer service refused to help me and refused to either send a different trolley or give me a refund.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only did they change our pick up shop to another country, did nothing to try and resolve this, then after about an hour of arguing it on the phone as to whos fault it was that they changed our pick up country to a different one (one nearer our billing address, but a different country from the one where we ordered it for and where it was required), they finally agreed to change to the right country, we got to the shop and they had managed to order the wrong tool as well and the tool we had ordered from them was out of stock. Incompetence on a completely new level. DO NOT USE THEM, order direct from GAP or another local tool hire company. These guys are completely useless, offer no service, and are incompetent of the simplest tasks. We lost a half day of our time to these bunch of....

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They delivered faulty equipment that they then refused to reimburse for. We then were asked to wait in on a Saturday for it to be collected an no one came. We wasted a whole weekend waiting for them. Bad quality service, really bad customer service and thoroughly dishonest company. AVOID
