I purchased 66 3m decking boards last week they arrived but most were split or splitting. Contacted Saresh who was extremely helpful, explained there was a faulty batch and arranged for them to be replaced a couple of days later. Mistakes happen and it’s nice to see when they do that there are still reputable companies that care about their customers and don’t just care about taking your money.
