Appalling. things started off well getting my 510 Gehmann iris sorted out. Was then told that it would be replaced and sent to me. I've not received this yet and trying to contact them has been a nightmare; calls unanswered and the last email I received was just over two months ago

The NSRA shop is a shambles, bought a scope and stand online, the scope, eventually, arrived damaged. Have tried emailing them, phoning them, leaving messages but no reply to anything. Will have to return the scope and then get visa to chargeback the cost of the scope and the return fee. If you are mad enough to buy online from the NSRA shop make sure you use a card that you can request a chargeback from.

My husband used my card last year to pay for his membership (me on the phone giving my details and giving permission for that year only) This year without permission they took the fee out of my named account again, January 2022 My husband sorted and was told it would not happen again. They then took 2 further payments again 2 weeks later. This sent me going over drawn as I don't have an overdraft, so I was charged a large amount of bank charges as I was not expecting these to come out. My husband then spoke to them again in February 2022 to get this sorted. They did not, I had contacted them myself and all I got was fobbed off and sent in circles saying it would be sorted. August 2022 nothing has been done. Taking a payments from a third party account without permission is a very red flag for me.
