The on line timetable suddenly told me that the train I had been checking on all morning would not be stopping at the Station I needed. (I was traveling in January). When I rang them I had to explain 3 times where I was traveling from and to including spelling out the name of my home station twice. Fortunately my wife was giving me a lift to the Station so I was able to continue the phone call. The excuse eventually given was computer error and the message should have been relating to was for something in April. Had I have relied on the message or not have been driven to the Station, I would have missed the train and therefore missed a hospital appointment.

Yesterday 6th of March it was a big mess the way to London Standsted airport because they have cut the line at Broxbourme without sayin anything. The bus services to reach the airport were fast but very bad organized by the staf without any signals, barrels to organize the queue and a lot of people jumping the line to get the bus before waiting their turns
