After many engineers attending, most of whom were sent from the manufacturer. James was the first engineer to actually rectify our booster set issue. The set would overshoot the set point, with pumps over-reacting to the pressure drops. James rectified the issue, with the booster set now running smoothly. Can't recommend him enough.

I was absolutely stuck!. My basement was completely flooded. I found National Pump Services in a Google search. I'm always apprehensive when looking for new companies. I had no reason to be!. From the initial call, to them arriving at my property. I was absolutely put at ease. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to identify the issue and find the remedy fast. As this was an emergency they treated it in that way and were with me so quickly. All sorted now. They replaced the faulty equipment and did a quick inspection and assessment of all other parts of the system. I was so happy with the service and skills, that I have engaged them to do an annual maintenance check. Without doubt I would recommend National Pump Services.
