We were very pleased with the Auction system when we sold our house . Taking a sizeable sum as a deposit on the expiry of the Auction is a strong incentive for the purchaser to complete . Completion is set for 28 days later and there is far less unnecessary to-ing and fro-ing during this period than under the usual system . The solicitors have to move quickly or the purchaser loses his deposit . I would thoroughly recommend a sale by Auction .

Really regret selling with NPA I would have got much more money for my property with another agency. They value at a good price and then drop the price.my neighbouring property in a worse condition sold for 15k more so becareful. Euan comes to visit the property and then you never see him again gets passed onto inexperienced staff members who try to convince you your doing the right thing by accepting a very low offer.

Generous offer made for my property that NPA said they were 'buying' not auctioning. Offer from their solicitor to my solicitor - accepted and returned by my solicitor...........no response and the closing date passed. After chasing Euan Martin from NPA several times to find out what was happening was told it was a hold up between solicitors despite my own solicitor saying he had no response. Then Euan at NAP asked for other information that was never asked for either by themselves or in the offer from their solicitors. An offer is nothing until the Missives have been concluded - be aware !! This has totally wasted my time and also cost me fees with my solicitor.
