Having fixed the boiler in late 2022, we were promised a quote to fix a leaking tap. After much chasing and a missed appointment, the man returned fixing the tap(although came to the appointment without a tap), serviced the boiler and performed a gas safety check at a charge of over £600. The boiler broke the same evening and he was very difficult to get back. When he eventually did arrive, he fixed the boiler only to break again that evening. He then then he could not come out as he’d travelled overseas. We got another plumber out who said a new boiler was required which has been a significant extra cost. This should have been highlighted at first visit.
