Now 80 years old I have had back problems for 40 years and been treated by many practitioners but Mr Kalyan is the first to have achieved relief from the sciatic pain I had been experiencing for a long time. From the first consultation, I had every confidence in him. On diagnosis that i had a badly herniated disc and two others with degenerative arthritis, I received three spinal injections from Dr Kalyan. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, the pain gradually subsided and i got my life back. Dr Kalyan gave me good advice for the future, with regard to keeping fit and active, without aggravating my back further and therefore avoiding unnecessary surgery.

Having had one nerve root block for a prolapse disc without success I sought a second opinion from Mr Kalyan. He offered me the options of another nerve root block or surgery. His approach was more thorough than my previous consultant - with injections in three positions in my back. This proved to be the correct route and my nerve pain has improved 100%. Mr Kalyan also gave me advise on how to minimise the risk of further issues and to help me manage my further recovery. Very glad to have made contact with Mr Kalyan following my earlier poor results elsewhere.
