Do not use this company I got a promotional flyer which quoted prices! When I took delivery the invoice had added 20% vat to the price ! I immediately looked at the flyer and it does not say these prices are subject to vat ! It does say that the handling and delivery price of 11.95 is subject to vat but not the product so I assumed the prices include vat I phoned to question this and zero customer services !!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will wait forever and a day for anything to arrive and if you dare to call and ask a question, you will have the pleasure of speaking to Geraldine who will more than likely hang up on you. Or if you are really lucky, she will just leave you on hold until you give up. Absolutely disgusting service. I have been told now that they only send out 1 shipment a week, but they don't advertise that before they take your £££!

Please please avoid with all cost 😡😡😡 Please please avoid with all cost, I placed an order on the 12th of December and still not here, when I tracked it all I can see from Hermes website is we still expecting your parcel, so I called the customer service and the lady I spoke to called (Karen) got the most disgusting attitude ever and her customer service knowledge is zero, she even asked me to get in touch with Hermes myself, really? I will be asking for my full refund on Monday and they even sent me another invoices asking me to pay £155:33p after paying the full amount when I made the order.
