Wish I could leave 0 star review. Messed collection up driver refused to take items because he hadn't been given a pallet which I paid extra for. Phone the company and was promised an next day delivery with collection being Thursday and delivery Friday. Needed items on my pallet for a job on the Saturday. Waited in all day Friday loosing a days money. The tracking number Kept on saying delivery will be on the Friday. Phoned them up to be told my pallett is still in Birmingham and will be delivered 4 days later. Absolute joke. Will never use this company again. Absolutely no help in resolving the problem just told there is nothing that can be done. Worse company I have ever dealt with. I will never use again. Update, just spoke to a very helpful lady at salvatori who has informed me on time my pallet will arrive and turns out national pallets lied to me about its time of arrival at the hub too.

Failed to contact or collect and then charged a £36 fee saying they need to collect with a 7.5t because the yard is to small (we have artics in this yard most weeks and 18t trucks every morning) avoid

Absolutely terrible service, missed collection date, didn’t even bother to contact me, missed second collection date, again didn’t contact me, there help desk says it’s not there fault they are just a go between, I’m currently still waiting for a Friday collection and it’s now Wednesday, definitely avoid, once they have your money they don’t care.

Used this service about 5 times now. Only once was pallet picked up on time and delivered next day. We paid £100 for a delivery this week. Worked all night to get the delivery ready. Pallet wasn’t collected on the day. Then took two days to deliver. We have lost £100s over this and they offered us £10 compensation. AVOID!!!!
