I think staff are too used to dealing with customers with an account if you walk in off the street forget getting quick service. It's not the first time this has happened to me but today was the last. 4 people behind the till, 1 looked like he was just talking to a customer (general chit chat the weather's lovely sort of thing) second just on the phone, the 3rd trying to work out what a customer wanted with some LEDs but the customer was just waisting his time because he clearly didn't know what he wanted, the 4th was trying to guess what another customer wanted that was talking to someone else on the phone trying to direct him to a light fitting at the far side of the room. I stood there for 5 minutes watching this with products in hand ready to buy. There was 2 out of the 4 staff that could have made eye contact and said I'll be with you in a minute which would have kept me there and at least 1 of them could have served me quickly and got back to the customers sapping up there time. I put the stuff I had on the till and left and went to Screwfix and was in and out within 2 minutes.

Excellent electrical wholesalers, not just lighting even though it’s called National Lighting, but also has a fantastic range of everything electrical, switches/sockets/consumer units/cable / heaters/alarms and everything else a electrical wholesalers stock! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and delivery is brilliant. What more can I say, the main thing (very reasonably priced). Give it a go! You won’t regret it.

I went to buy an outdoor light. I was overwhelmed by the choice. A fantastic range of not only outdoor and indoor lighting but a wide range of light switches, sockets and light bulbs. I was like a kid in a sweet shop. I recommend every go there for all their lighting needs. 10/10 for customer service and stock
