Attended the gamma knife dept for gamma knife procedure for my tri germinal neuralgia and the staff there were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that it is in the centre of London and parking is at a premium so allow plenty of time (we didn't, but they slotted us in later). The MRI scanner was noisy and fitting the head frame was painful but the staff there were reassuring and these things are part of the procedure and we were fully briefed beforehand and they made allowances for those who needed them. All in all not as bad as I feared, appart from the London traffic and a misbehaving Satnav not bad and a good result.

I had a terrible experience in the hospital back in 2012 where I underwent a treatment. The nurses i came across had a very bad attitude and would yell at me. I had nurses on my bed side which i saw as an invasion of my privacy. They would even force feed you as well. It saddens me that in this country these is how NHS treat there patients. Peoples names when are rotting on the waiting list. This hospital doesn't deserve a 1 star review. NHS is disgusting and need to be avoided like the plague

For the last 5 days this hospital (which is meant to be the best in the UK in its field) has failed to give my partner the Parkinsons medication she relies on to allow her to live her best life possible; at least they have admitted the error. Additionally the toilets are truly disgusting, they are clearly not cleaned from day to day. I struggle to find anything positive to say about this incompetant, dirty dump. This hospital shames the NHS.
