Difficult to get anyone to take ownership of queries. My client has been double billed 4 months after they left the site and the new owner is signed up with National Gas - How can you not realise to are taking 2 payments for 1 site???. Multiple communications with their customer services team which is still not resolved Update ...NG are now billing another £20k a month for a site they no longer own. Update ....8 months after another sale still billing the wrong client

BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS. This company is the worst of all the utility companies out there to deal with. Once anybody signs up with them it's impossible to leave them. They hit you with so many price increases after 3 months and you can't even cancel the contract. I've had to get my lawyer involved as these crooks are just trying to con me.

Never go to This Company at all. If you give them to update gas metre read they do not accept . They wanted customer to cancel Direct debit to charge NON Direct debit.

Please do not go to this nasty company. So many way make extra bill. Such as Admin charge, Late payment Charge, Non direct debit charge etc. We do get charge as non DD whether we did not cancel direct debit. Even they do not adjust credit if you are in Credit. Staff does not have knowledge to deal customer. Everything looks like they have to ask someone and get back to us. Sometimes they put down phone if they can't give answer. It's very bad energy company.
