Disgusting service. I didn’t chose to go to mediation but the mediator was completely biased towards the other person. I would never have chosen this company as all the reviews are terrible and literally every single one sounds true. I asked for shuttle mediation and she kept me in the call while she spoke to the other person where they proceeded to joke around and put me down. No apology off her do not use this service

Avoid!! Very terrible communication, difficult to actually speak to a person and impossible to speak to someone who cares. Didn’t even get to the mediation stage after a month of trying to get an appointment. Extremely rude and very clearly just after the money than wanting to help people.

Awful service, communication skills are terrible, now looking into a new Mediation service, absolutely waste of time. Mediator bias in one direction. Listening are zero and dreadful experience. I am completely unsatisfied with this service. Rude mediators, I never seen anything worst. It seems nobody cares in this company.

AVOID!!!!!! Absolutely dreadful service. I was not given half the information I should of been given leaving me massively out of pocket later on. For example I was never explained to about me having to cover costs for my pension sharing order. I was told we couldn't split the house contents and it had to go to my ex wife. Terrible terrible service and I paid for the pleasure. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I can only comment on the shuttle mediation I had. This was in no way mediation. Not the dictionary definition of the word at least. It was two people talking to each other through a middle person. The middle person on this occasion showed a bias towards the other party. When the session was finished , as promised I received a mediation progress summary. On it was a serious allegation directed at me that had not been mentioned at all through the mediation process, therefore not allowing me to address it or defend myself. It is a libellous defamation of my character. As a result I'm now seeking legal advice. I would avoid this organisation.

Just rubbish. I accepted some compromise offered by my ex and yet the mediator ruled that the process hadn't reached an agreement as I had said I would still need to go to court as I'd not reached an agreement I was happy with. The mediator does nothing the entire time, allowed my ex to speak over me repeatedly to shout and make false accusations then rules that no agreement was made meaning I will need to go to court in order to be allowed to do anything other than what my ex tells me I can do. Save yourself the hassle if you are a father trying to be a father and go straight to court.
