    First of all not enough signage to get a clear picture of the facility . Then comes the attitude from staff. Most importantly compared to Megabus they are expensive and slower. The positive is they got plenty of schedule

    Total absence of signage to assist first-time users. This is an unmanned bus station, and you have no clue if you are in the right place. Wrote to National Express with my concerns; no response, but they prattle on about great customer care on their website. Somebody doesn't get it.
