I didn't do any sports there, I just went there and asked some questions about the swimming teacher course, and the lady who answers the questions perfectly :) she is nice and gives lots of important information and tips (I do think she had done this course before as she said it clearly and seems very experienced) Overall the experienced is excellent ^^
