I Felt The Need To Write This Review Because I Was Going To Work For The National Care Group But After Telling Them Numerous Times That I Was Going Through Some Personal Problems Which In Turn Caused Me A Long Term Medical Condition They Refused To Listen - Told Them Until I Was Blue In The Face - NCG Do Not Care What You Are Going Though NCG Had Numerous Issues With Getting References For Me - Useless I Did It All Chased Down Everything Until All Leads Dried Up - Not Good Enough For NCG As Always I Did All The Training 30 Hours Of My Time Wasted Thanks A Lot 2 Days Later Had An Email Saying That The Job Offer Was Withdrawn I Will Never Apply Or Work With The National Care Group After This Experience No Way

My daughter recently started working at a home in Accrington and what can I say , staff being left for hours on end without a break no official Manager for first few weeks , so she hasn’t had any medication training or shadow training , staff feel Victimised , my daughter was asked today if she had a disability which is irrelevant and the manger should already know this .like any good manager would . Residents are forever running off as badly managed , support needs increased . Residents with little or no food . I’m actually disgusted confidentiality was also brought into play by manager as my daughter messaged me saying she been on her own for 8 hours and needed to go bathroom she wasn’t in a Whats app group or have a fob to leave to go toilet . Suzanne the manger should stop picking on young girls and should empower her staff to be better and support the individuals properly ensuring the people they are supported are looked after . There is so much more I can say and I’m thinking of going to safeguarding and CQC . I’m livid with the way people are treated at this residence . I wonder how the people being supported are treated to be behaving so inappropriately . I don’t think they deserve a one star .

I’ve never worked for a business that has such passionate individuals leading and driving the business forward. From coming into the business as an agency worker, I was quickly welcomed and became a permanent member of the team. They took my aspirations and molded the role for me and do whatever they can do to support me in becoming successful. Every employer will have negative reviews on Indeed, the job really is what you make it. It’s also important to note that the levels of support in place are exceptional and the opportunity to undergo qualifications are absolutely available.
