Rental a luxurious Volvo 7 seater using my rental credits, but it took an hour to pick up the vehicle, they were very short staffed. And for drop off you have to come in to the office again instead of just dropping off the keys

Booked this location and had a great experience overall, but note that it is serviced by Enterprise here (so really they deserve the credit). The car rental agencies are on the ground floor of the parking structure just north of St Pancras station.
