I arrived last Sunday on 21st NOV and rented a car for 2 days. Everything was clear and perfect. It was my first time renting a car in UK and I had tons of questions. Mike handled them very professionally making sure I feel confident and secured about my trip to Leeds. He helped me to extend rental period for few hours so I can give back car back just before my plane leaves home (that was not possible to be done through website at the moment of reservation). Mike even gave me business card of his manager - Suhaib - in case I have some more questions or run into troubles. Then we checked car together if there are no damages. It was a real pleasure to rent car here and I'm pretty sure I will use National next time I'm back here ( possibly in Feb and March 2022). For me it is 10/10. Thank you Pawel
