Please be warned! Brought a white ford c max da15mzy with black alloys, the day we had it we had heater issue,battery died 5 days after having it ( they agreed to pay for battery to be fitted on drive, however this took well over a month of nagging) followed by seatbelt tear in rear ( not failure) followed by noise on front, black coolent bottle, tyre needed doing, disc and pads not sorted has stated. I had this car taken to halford for safety check and my garage how told me to take it back it could cost hundreds. The car was finally collected by them and a courtesy car supplied ( which was disgraceful, bold tyres so could use at all. My car went in for 4 new tyres, they scratched all around the rim of my black alloys three of which were ruined! They failed to fix seatbelt, they didn't fix heater has they has said, and told me the noise on front was rust. So worried about safety of car I had my garage provide me with report about issues, stating noise on front was clutch and need new clutch kit! And heater not fixed and causing heating issues in engine, a headgasket failing. Confirmed they damaged three alloys, and seat belt not fixed. I'm disgusted with the service the girls are polite and all but nothing was done, they said they get back to me many times and didn't. The whole experience has cause me mental health problems and requiring medication. I'm left without a car for transport my disabled daughter around. Luckily I had car ha finance and finance company have helped me take it back, Im awaiting deposits back which I've no doubt I will need to chase. Worst experience buying a car I have ever had. I would not recommend them at all. And I hope of Ur reading this u will proceed with caution. My experience has scared me. I'm so nervous about getting another car.

The Seat Leon we looked at had a few faults that we were aware of (cracked rear light, worn brake pads and tires). We payed them to fix these issues before we picked the car up. When we arrived home, we realised it was only the light that had actually been repaired. On top of this, the car had multiple other issues that arose over the rest of the day. This included multiple engine issues and a malfunctioning locking system, meaning that at one point, I couldn’t even open the fuel cap to fill it up. Absolutely dreadful business, don’t buy a car in Birmingham.

Brought an smax from this garage back in dec n where do I start after being told it would be ready after a 2 half hour drive do me and my partner arrive late evening to be told the paperwork isn't ready and to come back in the morning wanting us to drive home then back again no chance eventually they arranged for us to stay in a travel lodge as we weren't prepared to drive all the way home then back again the next day finally sorting paperwork did the cars radio not work so had to pay £8 from ford for the code although they refunded it had the car a week then..the back box fell off whilst driving with my children in the car down a parkway late at night although the garage arranged for me to get this fixed where i lived that was just the first of many issues the back lights started flickering so...needed new led lights again the garage said they would have these fixed only 2 months down the line still no lights arrived to be put in messages back n forth to the manager even stated she sent me a tracking num to then just fobbed me off n not answer my calls so eventually had to go back through the finance company to get it sorted as the central locking went in the drivers side parking sensors went then to top it off the whole exhaust fell down as the brackets n bolts were so rusty they eroded after an examination arranged with the finance company it was stated that all faults listed were there at point of sale n shouldn't have been sold in this condition after 4 months of tooing and frowing between myself and the finance company they finally put the car down as a rejection as the faults would cost more to fix then the car was worth so eventually got it cancelled and refunded for my months I was unable to use the car never in my life had so many issues within the space of 5 months of owning a car n would never use this company again!!

After a few months of owning my car I am leaving this review. 1st of all, we had an appointment at 2oclock and we was still waiting to be seen at 4 o'clock, even asking for updates, and with a young child this was so stressful! When we finally got to view the car, we was being rushed because someone else wanted to view the car... they was 2 issue with the car and they said they'll sort them out. When I collected the car only 1 of the issues was sorted, and they give me the car with just 10 miles of diesel left... overall the car is great, love it, but the service from national car hub is disgusting and I'd avoid at all costs

Absolutely below zero, don’t recommend it to anyone. Wend to buy a car about 5 months ago, I was waiting for 45 minutes in cold weather before someone came to pick me up as I was told to contact the dealership to send someone for pickup upon arrival. After I purchased the car, I noticed some minor issues with interior, however I ignored it as the car was used before but due to my lack of knowledge I missed the last service history despite that I was told that the car was serviced. However, I contacted the dealership after a month and requested the evidence for last service history of the car, it’s been about 4 months now and every time I call the dealership they say we will contact you but still nothing. I was told that they have sent the evidence via post first but I wasn’t told the truth. I requested the evidence to be sent via email but no one is responding. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Worse experience.
