Had a problem with a mattress supplied by a company Latex sense/Intellifoam registered with NBF. Went to this company for advice. Basically it would appear they come down on the side of the companies registered with them and do nothing to help the customer. Having read the codes of practice not helpful to the customer. Pointless.
