They accredit centres like Chances Give Choices who lie and contort the truth in court reports and then contradict said statements. NACCC will not do a thing if you complain. Just send you in circles. Whilst telling you they won't do anything, won't look at evidence to prove centre they accredit are lying and damaging relationships with parents and their children. What are you actually doing NACCC?

NACCC puts children at risk. They dont publish guidance, they dont publish training. You have no idea what standards are expected of child contact contact centres. No checks or audits are done like ofsted, and nothing is published. If there are any issues NACCC will not intervene, except to say whether the child contact centre is following that centre's complaints process. They dont review the complaint process or make an independent judgement on the issue. They dont provide any guidance. Dangerous organisation that is putting children at risk. Even the search function on their website is pitiful.
