Do you offer food and/or drink specials?
Yes, we offer food and drink specials at our restaurants, bars, and pubs. Our menus feature a variety of options for all tastes and dietary needs. We also have lounges where visitors can relax and enjoy a drink or snack. What are the premiums for your policies?
As a pet adoption and animal rescue service, we do not offer life insurance policies. However, we do have adoption fees for our pets to cover the cost of their care and medical needs while in our refuge. The adoption fees vary depending on the animal, but they are always reasonable and competitive. Are there any specific requirements for cats to board at your hostel, such as vaccinations or health checks?
Yes, we have specific requirements for cats to board at our hostel. All cats must be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including rabies and feline leukemia. They must also have a recent health check to ensure they are in good health and free of any contagious diseases. These requirements are in place to keep all of our feline guests healthy and safe. What is your policy on returning adopted pets?
We have a strict adoption policy that includes a thorough screening process to ensure our pets are going to loving and responsible homes. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always accept a return of an adopted pet if the situation warrants it. We ask that adopters contact us as soon as possible if they are considering returning a pet, so we can work together to find the best solution for the animal. How do you ensure the safety of visitors while they are on the refuge?
We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and have several measures in place to ensure their well-being. All of our staff members are trained in animal handling and safety. We also have strict rules and guidelines that visitors must follow when interacting with our animals. Additionally, we have emergency protocols in place in case of any unforeseen incidents. Our primary focus is always on the safety and welfare of our animals and visitors.Reviews

Staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful. Grandkids love giving the dogs treats that are above each dogs pen. Unlike the RSPCA in South mimms which I used to visit and support where you need to schedule a visit, the NAWT allow anyone to pop-in during opening times without an appointment.
