I bought there some nice stuff but right now the prices are horrendous I do understand that all of the prices went up but honestly those things are used and should have reasonable prices. The staff should be more polite:)

Really bad experience in this “charity” shop and very rude staff! I wanted to buy a dress that was in the window. Firstly the lady said she didn’t want to sell it because she didn’t want to take it off the mannequin… Then, she said it was stained but didn’t want to show it to me where. I went again a week later and then suddenly the dress “wasn’t for sale anymore” (although it had a price tag!) I kept trying and I went one last time but now her excuse was that the dress was sold (despite it still being on the window with a price tag). Absolute jokes!!! Why wouldn’t she want to sell a dress that was donated to raise funds??? What is really the purpose of this charity shop??? there are so many nice charity shops in Watford, I’ll keep supporting them. Such a shame the staff in this one was so RUDE. I won’t be back!

I thought I had reserved a dog I liked, the lady made it sound like it would take at lease a month to adopt a dog, while I was getting my paperwork ready to produce to them, some one else had reserved the dog I was interested in, i was distraught, n very upset, well let's just say ............ Staff are only interested in money! Charity NO. If they cared about the animals they would be housed adequately. But it seems to me they only care about money! When the lady at front desk told me I had to pay £200 pounds for adopting a dog I laughed because that's nothing, in comparison for the love we have for animal's. I haven't been back, they sell to dealers only, because all 5 of my following friends had a disgusting experience with staff there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PLEASE NOTE U WILL NOT GET A COMPANION FROM THESE PEOPLE. Unless u personally know a staff member.

NOT SO CHARITABLE Don't get Covid-19 as you will not be allowed back to the Watford branch after to volunteer here as my experience recently applied. I volunteered twice a week for a few months but after contracting a mild form of Covid -19 and alerting the shop Manager I was texted and told I was no longer needed after my isolation period ended. I have always expressed enthusiasm for working here and so I was very surprised and feel this is discrimination.

There is no need to be rude and aggressive with customers (dear young boy serving at the till) I went there to return an unwanted item, there is no returns policy printed on the receipt so i went there to ask. He was really aggressive and rude saying that they do not accept returns and the manager was to busy to talk so i waited for her. She told me that the policy is written by the till so i understood why i can't return it and i can say that i wa polite and just searching for answers. I could hear them laughing as i was walking out Extremely unprofessional even for a charity store
