    Shocking company. I removed a previous negative review after receiving an apologetic phone call promising resolution to my issues. I'm still no further on, still not answering calls, email or portal messages. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, if you've just recently instructed I suggest you take advantage of the cooling off period.... I wish I had. If you want to speak to them withold your number or use a different one, they'll answer within seconds otherwise forget it. I'm now raising a formal complaint and speaking to the ombudsman. Not even worthy of 1 star. UPDATE** Over 12 months since this review and basically no further forward. In fact after arranging for a medical professional who is under review from the GMC I'd say we are now further back than we were. A word of advice to anyone reading this that is having issues get to a formal complaint and final position as quickly as possible so you can proceed to the legal ombudsman. This is the only way you will get anywhere. I've persevered with this company for months doing the majority of chasing for medical reports and appointments. I've also been supplied with inaccurate information on more than one occasion. You've been warned. Further update following reply: "As you know, we take comments of these nature are taken very seriously and a member of the relevant department is in communications with you to get this resolved in a manner that will be satisfactory for you." I most definitely do not know you take comments of this nature very seriously especially since I received my final response back in Sept 22 and the same issues that existed then continue to exist to this day. In regards to a member of the relevant department been in contact with me.... This is in part true however that department is the compliance department and that member is now dealing exclusively with the Ombudsman.

    A one star review is a generous review at best, genuinely suggest as others have posted here to avoid this company like the plague, have had to leave numerous complaints on Facebook and now having to resort to this. Accident was 2+ years ago. Zero communication after signing up and had to chase up multiple times, you’d have better luck trying to draw blood from a stone than get in touch with these. They’ve sent incorrect information out multiple times in regards to my claim. Was hit in a van by a car. Apparently on the court documents I was riding a motorcycle!? I didn’t really read them when they were sent as I was in a rush, noticed a month or two later as I was checking up to see when it was signed. Was told this would be rectified and sorted on the day sign another form to sign and yet again gone back to zero contact or communication. I was given an offer in November it’s another half a year later and im still nowhere better off and according to that original offer there was also incorrect information about when I attended hospital. I just want a resolution to this mess. Im loosing sleep over this as your inability to correctly report on my case which could drastically change the outcome if the court documents have false information on them.

    I didn’t want to bring this to the internet but this company is absolutely shocking! Avoid at all cost!! They never reply to messages but quick enough to sign you up. Don’t waste your time. I will be taking this further and will be going elsewhere

    Absolutely shocking customer service. Never reply to messages and shady with details of what you can actually claim for. Ongoing claim since July 2022. Only had offers of £500 when I lost thousands in income. If I’d of known how bad they were at the start I wouldn’t have bothered. We’ve gone a month with no contact even with 3 messages sent. The original agents sell the dream of an easy process and to keep all receipts however the reality is a lot different. Avoid!!

Again for anyone reading, please please do your research, this is the worst company for any company i have ever dealt with, i do not have words to describe my experience and this company, according to my Portal i should have had a response by 02.03.2023
