I contacted Natasha because I needed help with the layout of our flat. After some big life changes, our space just wasn't working for us, and didn't suit our needs anymore. I was desperate for some new ideas and inspiration for what we could do within our limitations. Natasha exceeded all our expectations, providing multiple options for how we could make best use of what we have, whilst also offering alternatives at different price points. Her designs were well thought out, beautifully presented, and felt very personal (to us). Natasha is able to get down to the bones of what you are looking for and distill your style and preferences from an easy to complete questionnaire and inspiration pictures. Her final designs for our flat reflected all the information I had provided in my brief. At no point did I feel like I was being given cookie cutter or generic recommendations or advice. In fact, along the way, I felt Natasha really listened to what we were after, and really respected our budget/other constraints. Throughout the consultation process I felt able to keep communication open and found her very warm, approachable, and open to feedback. She helped us to see the things that we had already gotten right, whilst also providing really excellent alternatives and the reasoning behind it, leaving us free to make our own decisions. My husband and I are so satisfied with this service we will definitely be using it again once we move, and recommend it to anyone looking to revamp/rework an existing living space. If you are after a bespoke, personalised service from someone who has impeccable taste, the ability to listen to what you actually want and the skills to transform a space then look no further. I cannot recommend this company enough. We love our home again, thank you Natasha!!
