She reviewed current literature to identify ways I could avoid oxalates (I have nephrolithiasis) yet still get enough vegetables and fruits I enjoy along with the right amount of proteins given my activity level. I approached Natasha after hearing her give an inspiring talk at our local gym. She struck me as highly knowledgeable, understanding, authentic and professional. I wasn't feeling 100%, was low on energy and, at 52, had totally lost my mojo. Admittedly, I was slightly wary of looking at my nutrition as I felt that I already had a healthy diet. Unfortunately, there are rogue people out there who try and sell you faddy short term solutions for little or no long term gain. Natasha is THE OPPOSITE of that person and is at the pinnacle of her field of expertise. She identified areas where I lacked basic minerals, vitamins and proteins and it was then a matter of taking natural supplements (from a reputable supplier that Natasha works with) for three months. Now, my energy levels are higher, my sluggish digestion is transformed and I feel myself again. I could not recommend Natasha highly enough, she is incredible and it is no exaggeration to say that her advice and support has been life changing.
