I contacted Natalie for advice on my hair and what colour would be best to go for my hair type. She said she was far too busy to help me and wouldn’t have a big enough time slot for me. She was extremely rude and I will not be reaching out or recommending her to anyone. As someone who recently moved to the area of shepperton which is how I found Natalie it felt very unwelcoming!
