  Natalie was the celebrant at my mother's funeral and I couldn't have dreamed of having anyone better. From the outset, Natalie was connected, caring and creative and responded to calls and emails really promptly. Between myself, my partner and Natalie, we put together a beautiful service in a woodland setting... not only did Natalie help us craft the running order with expertise and tact, helping us smoothly incorporate the bespoke special moments we wished for, she also brought her experience and taste to the overall funeral: identifying potential pitfalls and gaps; advising on scheduling; and guiding us to a perfect result. She was excellent at chasing us and others at the necessary moments for decisions on deadlines (music, printed order of service) and went above and beyond in all departments, including suggesting suppliers for our particular requests and protocols/solutions we'd never have thought of or known about. She liaised directly, pro-actively and very successfully with the funeral venue, the crematorium and even the printers about the order of service, deftly catching any stray balls. And, after all the planning, she then carried out the service itself with aplomb and was the perfect presence in the room. I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough - a really great choice, six stars if they were allowed. Thank you so much Natalie.

  I had not expected to have had to plan a memorial at my age and the prospect was very daunting, but Natalie ensured it was one to remember and my partner would be so proud. Natalie was proactive from the start, gathering the right information & memories about my partner and helped turn them into something beautiful for all to hear. She also helped put myself and the contributors at ease when it came so speaking and the final result was a memorial we will all be talking about for years to come. On speaking to friends at the reception afterwards, many said how brilliant Natalie was and I fully agree! Thank you so much.

  We just had to contact you this morning to convey our sincere thanks for the work you have carried out for us over the past month since D**** passed away. I am so pleased that I was able to find your website and on speaking to you for the first time I instantly knew D**** was telling me that you should be the one, and as with many things in my life - she made the right decision for me. Without exception, every member of the congregation commented at length on how well the Service was constructed and delivered by you - especially the inclusion of our two Grandchildren D & F so well. Many said that it was the best Service that they had ever attended.....so praise indeed.   Thank you! I don’t know where to begin. We are so grateful for your help, guidance and the wonderful service you produced for our mother, Dee. I’m sure she would have been delighted. From the first contact, you perceived perfectly what we needed and wanted, (despite our not knowing it ourselves). You directed, patiently waited and gently nudged when required, without which we may never have got there. Your ideas, thoughts and contributions were so very welcome and needed, creating a wonderful celebration of mum’s life and matched what we were struggling to achieve. From the placing of the individual stems on the coffin, a perfect beginning, to the final (wonderfully pertinent) words from the Turkish philosopher, Mehmet Murat Iladn, and everything in between, you were so phenomenally perceptive and sensitive. The ideal catalyst we needed at this time, capturing the essence of mum and delivering the final service beautifully and with such clarity. I can’t imagine anyone being able to begin to match what you have done for us. Thank you so much!
