She tried to agree a date for the appointment in several occasions without success and when asked if was possible to extend the expire date was a NO straight away without giving any explanation Lost my money and my friend lost the present.

My first hot (and cold!) stone experience was fab and the massage is perfect - she gets the pressure right every time! As the summer is getting nearer and the need for strappy tops arriving quicker than I was expecting. I thought I would try a back cleanse and exfoliation as an addition to my massage. So glad I did!! The treatment felt just like a normal facial but on your back. Hot towels to open up pores, cleansing scrub with some kind of cloth, it felt great as sometimes no matter how well you try to scrub your own back you're not sure if you missed a spot or not. The products used by Natalie smelt divine and my back afterwards felt soft and looked a lot better. I've signed up for another. Would highly recommend this treatment.
