    I love this practice and I’ll never go anywhere else. From the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome and comfortable. They always greet you by your name, offer you a drink and Amanda remembers everything you talked about last time which is just so lovely - she is an absolute gem and an asset to the MediaCityUK practice. Most importantly, they NEVER rush you out the door - I’ve been to some pretty reputable clinics before where I was surprised to be churned in and out with none of the personal touches, some where the doctor didn’t even know what I was there for until I’d been sat in front of them - avoid those places! I’ve never felt as valued and important as I do at Nassif. I’ve been coming here for my botox for the last year and recently had cheek filler by Dr Jamie, and I am unbelievably made up with the results! It’s so subtle and it’s exactly what I asked for; a tiny tweak to compliment what I already had. I had everything explained to me clearly and was encouraged to consider going ahead with no pressure before proceeding. Dr Jamie is so gentle and precise; the whole procedure was painless, quick (but not rushed) and very comfortable. I mentioned I have a holiday coming up and was worried about bruising and they were honest with me about it - however Dr Jamie was so careful I’ve been left with no bruising at all! Making a decision to alter your appearance should not be made lightly, and trust and confidence in your practice should be number one priority when considering whether to go ahead. I’ve been other places for botox and filler and none come close to the professionalism and expertise I’ve experienced in the hands of Nassif Medical Spa.     If I could give 6 stars, I truly would! I’ve been coming to Nassif Medical Spa for about a year now and every time I come back I am treated with the upmost respect, care, and professionalism. From my very first appointment I felt comfortable with the staff and never felt pushed into anything. They genuinely care about you and what is best for you’re skin. I’ve seen massive improvements in the texture, scaring and blemishes I originally came in to treat. Because of the team I now feel confident to leave the house without make-up, but more than that, I feel happier in who I am because as much as they have improved my skin, the staff’s kindest has boosted my confidence.
