I was served by Mr Kaseem within the presence of the pharmacy principal. During this period of time, he shouted at me, saying “I am up myself”, let me mention that this was done in front of my two girls. He couldn’t answer my question, which simply was what is the purpose of the medication, and instead wanted to give me my prescription back and not provide me with my medication. The most astonishing thing is that this pharmacy always wants me to transfer to their services, however after this experience of terrible customer service that surely won’t be happening!
