The worst customer service ever,emailed about broken bushwacker spoon,didn't want a freebie I wanted to pay for one as was my fault it broke,without a receipt they wouldn't sell me one as they said its not a part they sell....picked one up from a tackle shop which is selling the item,as a spare head...why couldn't you just have sold me a head this would have saved this rubbish.....jokers nothings changed in this department in years

All week i've tried to get through to customer services via phone. A total of over one hour spent on hold. Changed options to sales & got answered in seconds. This is indicative of a lot of companies. Very quick to take your cash but not bothered about helping you. Especially when selling cheap tat as quality gear. From what I see the only quality gear is used by the staff.. Having eventually got through to sales. I was informed "we are all working from home" it is now July 2022 time to man up and get back in the office Nash. Anyway I will buy other brands. Nash have shown me where I stand.

Kurt to the rescue!!!!!!! After an amazing fishing session I unfortunately snapped the top section off of my sons 9ft Black ops scope (which he was very upset about) however after a quick call to Nash HQ Kurt sorted me right out and a new top section is on its way!!! Absolutely love Nash and always have this had just cemented our reasons why, the friendliest most helpful tackle company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! Nash all the way!!!
