    I lived in an apartment building built by NARTA for 6 years. It was built to a very high standard and as a result I contracted them to refurbish an old 1930s house when we moved. The restoration was back-to-brick and NARTA retrofitted all of the heating and plumbing (including retrofitting wet UFH), drywall and plastering, and hard landscaping. I can highly recommend NARTA whose employees have enormous long-term building experience and an encyclopaedic knowledge. My only regret is that I didn't think to contract NARTA to do the entire house from start to finish. I am sure the cheapest and quickest option would have been to simply hand over the keys to NARTA for 12 months and come back when they were finished. NARTA has a great ability to quote extremely accurately both in terms of price and time. NARTA were the only contractors who never surprised with any extra costs or any delays. NARTA also provide excellent advice on what to do and what not to do to ensure the house functions properly. Highly recommended and will use NARTA again if I am ever refurbishing another house.
