We had a very unpleasant experience at Naroon. First of all the tables are so tightly packed that we had difficulty getting in and sitting down. We were there with a toddler and there wasn’t enough space to put a high chair. The service was very poor. When trying to order, instead of listening to me, the waiter was cutting me off to tell me I have to order bread separately and pay for it!!! Ok, I have no problem to pay £3.5 for 4 small pieces of Sangak, but why do you have that on your meze menu and not mention it’s not included in the tray of meze? And can’t you be more civilised when communicating it? We never got offered water and I had to ask twice! They didn’t bring one of our starters either and I had to ask. The food is very average. Nothing special really….but my low rating is only because they made us feel very unwelcome and they didn’t even check once whether we needed anything.
