I have order by delivero yesterday they have acept it and I was waiting for over 1 hour and I call them and when he picked off he told me without no apologies, no pizza left and he has not not informed to delivero of course more people like me will be waiting, it is not fist time he has done the same thing. Several times I ordered with my order ice cream, has come like is been defrost and frozen again, late arrival , extremely rude. Avoid to order in this reataurant.

AVOID! Will never go to this place again. It seems it has been taken over by a new owner. He was rude to me and his staff (effing his staff off of front of everyone). I waited for pizza for an hour instead of promised 20 minutes. His member of staff apologised for his owner but there's no way I would return to this place again.

I ordered today at this restaurant and they didn't give an option to choose or write a note for the chef how I like my food so I phone them and they don't pick up ..food arrived disgusting and not a nice taste I am very disappointed and will never order again and others shouldn't waste their money at this restaurant!!!

I ordered direct from Napoli Pizzeria yesterday evening for six of us. The pizzas came in good time, with a friendly courier, and everyone was very satisfied with their pizzas (and calzone). Would definitely order from here again - very pleased to have such a good pizza delivery virtually on my doorstep!
