I became homeless because of their carelessness and had to go from AirBnB room to room with my partner for 2 weeks before I could find another flat. If you think that you've secured the flat when they say your offer is accepted, the referencing went through, and they send you the contract to sign, think again. Definitely would not recommend this agency. All they could say is sorry. Careless, unprofessional. They won't take the time to answer this comment because there's not much to be said from their side.

I am so disappointed with the service that I am going through....very unprofessional team with no communication...I was struggling and stressed as a 9 month pregnant lady which was coming to deliver here and they are aware they promised to have everything ready and secure before I move in...which was not done..flat was extremely dirty..no hot water ...since they received their money i just struggle to get anything from them. I wouldn't recommend them unless I get my concerns solved ASAP.
