Felt quite let down by this company. I was really desperate for some help and contacted them based on the positive reviews but when I spoke to the lady, I got the impression I was imposing on her as she seemed extremely busy and slightly annoyed at my call. I wanted to have a meeting to discuss options further, like what I read was offered in other reviews. This wasn’t offered but a FaceTime call was offered instead. To this day, I still haven’t had an email back regarding this. It’s such a shame because it takes a great deal of trust to reach out and contact a nanny agency and I feel let down.

Di and Jane at Nannyplus have been unfailing in their dedication of service to us. Nothing is too much trouble; we have met with Di on a number of occasions as she believes strongly in providing a personalised service. She has taken the time to get to know what it is we required. I have called her out of hours and over weekends and she still delivers. I am delighted to recommend Nannyplus Childcare. And again recently, in 2013, we required the services of Di and Nannyplus, and the quality of her service hasn't changed one bit, professional, friendly and a perfect service. I can't emphasise enough how happy we are with Nannyplus.
