Food was ok but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for customer service. Small restaurant so there were about three servers with one being the manager. The manager was rude and spoke to us in a way that made us feel as though we needed to rush so she can have the table back. We had only just finished our meal and had been there for under 1.5hrs in total..

I am staying in the area with a friend and we have already eaten here twice. The Teriyaki Bento Box is my favorite.

Great, fresh, authentic japanese food. The menu is extensive enough, but not as bulky as Eat Tokyo's menu. Which is a good and bad thing because although it's less confusing, there's also less choice. I was hoping to get a tempura bento here but they don't serve it. I did try a different bento and I've also been again to try their chicken katsu curry, which they've nailed. It also comes with a few fried gyozas which would usually cost around £5 on their own, so although £13 seems expensive for a CKC at first, you are getting some extras with it. Service is top notch from every member of staff we interacted with and the restaurant has a nice, clean vibe. They serve really good sake here so if you're up for a treat, order one to share. Recommend for fans of japanese food 👍

The sushi and sashimi was really nice here. Really convenient and close to the station, I ordered multiple nigiri and sashimi, full of flavour, and good portions of fish. I also ordered katsu curry (as I'm trying to find the best place) which tasted rather generic for london J-Resturants. Curry nothing special, Fish dishes very good, nice choices of sake!

Tuna sashimi didn't look the right colour at all, very pale, but didn't smell off, so risked eating it. The chicken katsu cutlet was clearly undercooked, with the meat translucent colour not white. The batter coating was as thick as the meat and soggy inside. I suspect it had been deep fried from frozen. Sent it back and waiter said it was cooked and that the meat wasnt white as its thigh meat. Sorry but I didn't believe it and didn't want to risk food poisoning, so didn't eat it. Restaurant has an extremely strong smell of fried food, came away with clothes smelling.

It was really poor service. The guy who looks like the manager in the restaurant showed very rude attitude for us. He provided much pressure us to leave right after eating. We will never visit this place again.

The food is OK but service is so rude. We just dined in for 40 minutes. The owner chased us 3 times to leave even when we just ordered the after meal tea. They gave the bill straight to us and said rude words even not feel sorry. At first we talked that we should come again but now no one will come anymore.
