Went to this nandos today,, had a meal paid full price then saw the offer price which the manager quickly sorted out for us, very pleasant and good manager 10/10 food and service was on point lovely experience would definitely go back Parking: Plenty of parking

Went To Nandos as we had just cone out of IKEA with my daughter and partner and my daughter wanted to go Ordered food drinks etc the isual stuff food came partner daughter enjoying there's and I notice a HAIR on my chips after the second fork load which put me off totally gotba refund which I asked for as I wasn't going to eat there as it put me off eating partners and daughters food was fine but while they where eating there's I kelp noticing the staff where looking over for what I dont know as my partner amd daughter work in the same industry and I was informed that they possibly didn't believe me as they both had blonde hair as I said the there manageress I hadn't even started eating my chicken it was the second fork load of chips NOT HAPPY WITH THERE STAFF OR FOR BEING MADE TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE

Maybe just an off day for them as the other reviews are good, however the only thing colder than the food was the look on the managers face when I asked for a refund. A chicken burger and chips is best served hot.
