Like all modern food outlets, Nandos is impersonal and sterile. Staff are friendly, but one you have been shown to your table or given you food, there is no more interaction. Menu is extensive and covers all requirements. Prices are high for what you have for a basic establishment. Foods quickly served, hot and well cooked. Nandos is ok for a quick meal, but if you are looking for a dining experience, which is worth the price tag, go somewhere else.

We have Nandos alot! Our experience at this location has been the worst ever! We asked for a specific table and was told the Managers using it and next minute they've got other customers seated there. When we asked we are basically given no valid explanation and were horribly rude.. this is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

I was left waiting over an hour for my food all the staff was standing round talking not doing anything. So we asked for a refund once I asked for the refund I waited 5 working days…. Still not refund I call up several times before someone actually helps me out and then I get an email and they don’t even refund me the right amount I paid. Honestly avoid this Nandos at all cost it’s terrible.

Nice location in Walsall town centre, park in the side streets to save a few quid on parking, good service however they got one meal wrong, remedied quickly However as the whole chain doesn't allow, table bookings, it could be a bit of a pain, waiting, however there were tables available on a Saturday night. Parking: Pay & display in car park all the time, park in nearby side streets for free parking

I’m so disappointed with the service today at Nando’s. Of course I expect a proper professional and good quality food but it turns out there’s a nail on my friends plate. This breaks my heart I love Nando’s so much and I’m a big fan. Honestly I’m very disappointed about everything. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this place PLS. Change the MANAGER! ASAP! PLS! Because she’s disrespecting my friend as she said it’s not nail like cmon. I’m expecting to change this system in the future.

Went here late one evening and the music was blaring. Manager (woman) thought it was acceptable even though she couldn't hear us. To top the awful customer service 😳I was fed chicken for the first time in over 20 years. Nandos consider giving u a £25 voucher is enough for this ordeal. Vegetarians, Vegans etc be careful in this branch 🤮check your food before eating there, if you can recognise meat! 🤑
