    Really bad experience here last time I went (earlier this week). I waited 30 minutes for my food, and then when it came the large chip portion was laughably small. I asked the waitress if I had been given a regular portion and she went ‘that is a large, the small is much smaller’ and walked off. Really terrible customer service from her, she ruined my meal. The other staff were lovely but she needs to learn some basic customer service skills!

    I was there on april 23rd evening and had a bad experience, i had to wait for my food for 30mins , the problem is the food is already prepared in front of kitchen and there is no one to run the plate. Seems like there is only two waitresses in the whole shop and when i received the food , it is stone cold . Really disappointed .

    I was there for a weekend birthday the service was amazing from the waitresses however the management was absolutely terrible in terms of their people skills they talk so rudely to me and my son and gave us dirty looks as well as terrible hospitality. Need to reinforce new plans I will never recommend going there again unless they sort out their managers
