Their new fully loaded fries is a rip off and I would not recommend it at all. It hardly had any cheese on it and no onions because they didn't have any! You end up paying £8 for a portion of fries! Their chickens are clearly on a diet and I now need a whole chicken to satisfy my hunger! On the positive side, the atmosphere is nice and staff are helpful. NHS discount is much appreciated 🙏

I can’t fault Nando's, and the service is always fantastic! The staff are friendly and welcoming! Shout out to Zoe. She is a true representation of what customer service should be like. The chips were cold,but it was rectified promptly.
