Eaten in a few times and got delivered a few times from here. Had 1 good experience when we ate in… the rest all varied but were quite poor. Been given raw chicken a few times (not just pink, completely raw inside) and been given food poisoning as a result. Only refunds the price of the product and not the whole meal, when delivered, considering it completely ruins the meal experience. I ordered a wrap and half of it was the salad and the rest had no salad. In the half that had the salad, there was only about 2 pieces of chicken also. Just quite shocking. Usually like a nandos but the many bad experiences has put me off completely.

Wait time of 30 mins, okay accept that it's Nandos, restaurant was cold, told food was another 20 to 30 mins wait once we've been sat, when shown to our seats we asked if we could sit at the other side of the restaurant where it was warm, as not willing to eat with my coat on, told No! Then she just walked away! Left to come to our home town where restaurant was nice a warm and service is always amazing. Will not be returning!
