Not a great experience - that’s it for me with Nando’s. A lot of money for fairly average food. The chicken was luke warm - which made me nervous! I ordered it with mild lemon and herb spice but on arrival found it covered with a mild ketchup - which was actually quite spicy. I ended up leaving nearly all the chicken as a result. On mentioning it to the waiter, he advised me that it does say on the menu that they put this ketchup on the chicken as a matter of course (why offer mild spice then?!). He did offer me something else but I said no. The experience with the chicken and the burnt garlic bread - which actually tasted of the grill itself - made up my mind that the only thing I wanted to do was to put it down to experience and leave.

Absolutely awful customer service was sat down for 5 mins deciding what I would like to eat went up to order to be told they are not serving after I was literally just seated not an apology just told there is another one around the corner. What a joke!
