I was there on 8th of May around 19.45. Enjoyed the food, after weird behaviour of first waiter who served wine and did not want to leave a lid (even tho it was not my first time in this place and that never happened) also he was not able to answer why he is taking it away, another one - SHAKIR arrived and changed our evening for amazing dinning experience. Thank you for taking care of us ! He was ver proffesional, friendly, able to answer questions. Big star for him. Parking: No car park

Really bad service in nandos galaxy today, the food wasn’t up to scratch and the desert was very late, no one came to our table the whole time we were there and they said they had things out of stock but gave the same food to the next table, when I called for manager he didn’t come and then I had to speak to another manager and he said that I should speak to the main manager and got him to our table almost reluctantly, he was very dismissive of my complaint and did not want to hear anything I had to say, shut me down by shouting at me I apologise but I feel it was out of order, I had taken a group of seven people and felt the customer service was appalling today and most of all not heard at all by the manager Hamzah, I was not looking for a refund or a voucher but a sincere apology would have been enough which they failed to do, very disappointing in nandos Luton, will not be going back there again

I was regular customer I bring all family they make me wait 20 minutes than start my order and stop 3 times for a friendly talk with another worker , I call the manager I explained the situation and he didn’t make nothing about,they will never gonna see my family again
