Visited Nando’s (Freemans Common), Leicester. Had excellent customer service from the staff. Denise who was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Jasmine took my order and explained what options I had when ordering and was also very helpful and courteous. She made sure I did not forget my takeaway and reminded me before I left the restaurant. Their work ethics were recognised and definitely will be going here again. Have visited many Nando restaurants in Leicester but have not received this kind of customer service.

Manager was very rude, because we went at 9pm and it closes at 10pm - so it felt the staff were more bothered about closing up then serving. There was no cutlery and the sauces were all put away. The manager was not interested in serving us and had an attitude problem. Will not be going back. Seemed a bit like he was targeting us due to our appearance.

Not impressed with the size of the imitator wrap. It is usually much larger but was served significantly smaller than our previous visits. Please keep the size and fillings consistent as there aren't many vegetarian options on the menu to begin with. It was smaller than a child's portion.

Came here yesterday a group of 8 of us. Food came out really quick and was nice. Did feel sorry for the solitary waitress though that seemed to be doing all the work and serving at the till. Our main gripe though was that the music was just a little too loud making it hard to hear ourselves talking. Also remember to key in your car registration number for 4 hours free parking, otherwise you can be fined unless you’ve paid for parking.
