Not really the fault of the staff on site as they were really helpful and food good. The ordering system relies too much on your phone and took us so long to order, kept freezing and chucking us out of the app. Kid-friendliness: Lots in there and ours too, just all ok for kids

I didn't have much time to evaluate or observe because I went to dinner almost at closing time. But the food I thought it was good, I had the option to order the chicken nothing until very spicy, I ordered medium and I thought it was very good without being exaggerated. As a side dish I ordered corn, which was good. The environment I found quiet (but remembering that it was closing) and clean.
