I went to Nando’s in London for the first time and I was blown away by the tasty chicken. I ordered a half chicken with peri-peri sauce and some fries and coleslaw and also the chicken wings. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the sauce was spicy and flavourful. The fries were crispy and the coleslaw was creamy. I loved the casual and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. This is a review of great customer service and problem solving with staff going above and beyond so we would definitely order again here. We made a click and collect order for some items after a long day of work! Sadly, some of our order was missing and we know it went through due to the ticket having it on the receipt. I made a call and the staff handled it promptly and effectively and made me feel heard and welcome as a customer. It was a very busy day and especially restaurants/food place can have a lot of pressure on staff and managers to keep up so I appreciated how quickly they solved my query and the offered gesture of good will. Excellent service and people as far as I am concerned and my kudos to the staff working 18th May 2023. Thank you very much!
