I've come to this Nandos with 2 of my friends. 10-15 minutes after we ordered food they brought us 2 out of 3 orders. When asked about my order they said they gonna check it and shortly after came back to me saying that they haven't got it in the system and I need to order again. Like 10 minutes after I ordered again some lady came back to me to double check what sort of sides I ordered and after another bit of waiting they brought me my order. So there I was...eating while my friends whom had theirs food long time before me and already ate it were watching me eat. Ruined evening and not a single sorry from the staff. Don't recommend this branch at Clink Street

I came around dinner time and it wasn’t too much customer it was definitely quiet and nice place to eat. Although the table we sat on, was dirty and the waitress who sat us down and saw it, she didn’t offer to clean or change our table. We had to clean it ourself. The food was honestly great and the drinks had quite the variety as well!! Customer service was absolutely amazing and definitely something I enjoyed seeing how well the team worked together and looked out for eachother. Another maybe just work on the hygiene!

We went to Nandos at 8pm. The hostess told us to wait 15 minutes. More than 20 minutes passed and people were piling up at the entrance while the hostess was distracted chatting with a couple while we all waited. From there we were assigned a very uncomfortable table in the middle of everything. Then we were waiting for our food and were handed our glasses in a rude manner. I suggest to train your staff as they let the business down, it looks like a low class restaurant.
